Walked in, the stylist looked at me but never was helped. Listened to staff complaining while patiently waiting. A group of people then came in and were taken ahead of me & I still wasn’t acknowledged. Walked out & will never come back. Should’ve known better based on other terrible reviews.

Went to get my haircut at the Cost Cutters in Superior by far the WORST hair cut I ever received the beatuican was very rude seemed like she had something else to do.oh did I mention I was the only customer there. The hair cut was BAD an her attitude as well I said to her that's it hair cut is over. Time to pay she had her co-worker finish the transaction. Plus I wanted to buy some product I was out. Never again they treat me great at Great Clips!!!!!!

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!! I went to get my hair cut there , (just a TRIM) and the ladies were super nice and respectful. I got my “trim” (more like 2-3 inches, which is a lot for me because I love my long hair and notice even the smallest length differences). At the end they were commenting and saying how good it looked and the lady kept playing with my hair. But when I walked out i noticed that the right side was a whole inch longer than the left side. Very disappointed. Sticking to my Fantastic Sams.

I came here on 3/10/18, and it was hands down the worst haircut experience I have ever had. The stylist I got was extremely rude, especially to her coworkers. I tried not talking too much to avoid making her mad. The manager came in and my stylist got into an argument with her. They were screaming at each other while cutting my hair, which was so unprofessional. The manager went into the back and my stylist followed her, leaving me to sit with only half my hair done. I could hear them yelling at each other behind the wall. My stylist came out claiming the manager hit her and called the cops. The manager came out and again they started screaming at each other, this time about five feet in front of me. The manager shoved her as they kept on yelling. At this point I did not want to get up and walk away for my safety. Then the manager went in back and the chaos eventually died down. The cops came and took all of the stylist's statements. Eventually the stylist finished my hair. It took 40 minutes. I only recieved one apology and I had to pay FULL price.
