I've never been in for a service, I can only review how difficult it was to get a hold of them & related issues. I've called them four times over the years and no one's ever picked up the phone. So I stopped by to make an appointment the other day, but a conflict came up later, so I needed to reschedule. Tried to get a hold of them by phone but couldn't, so I stopped by again but apparently they were closed. The sign on the door said they were open on Mondays, so I'm not sure what's going on. Also, when I got a hold of them to change my appointment, they said they needed to change the time anyway. It seems like they should give me more notice if they want to switch an appointment time & the receptionist wasn't quite professional with her tone, but the big issue is: if they aren't calling me when there's a problem with the appointment & I can't get ahold of them, I think this is more effort than I'm willing to put in to try to get a service there.

Raydiance is always a welcoming place to be. Andrea has been my stylist since it opened and always gives me excellent service and great results!

I have made Raydiance my go-to salon. I've had several stylists and each one has been very skilled. I had another salon completely ruin what was supposed to be a balayage and when I called here the stylists at Raydiance were able fit me in on a tight schedule and correct a COMPLETE mess. Although a little more on the pricey side you get what you pay for and I won't try anywhere else again.

Love this salon! Ben is great and amazing when it comes to color and cut and absolutely the BEST if you want a blowout that really lasts and looks amazing too! Highly recommend this salon in general and Ben as a stylist! Always happy with the end result!
