Andrea is AMAZING! I was so nervous to do any color on my hair and she did an awesome balayage, I've been obsessed with it since I walked out! I went back about 2 weeks later just for a quick style before a wedding and I'll continue to go back to her because she's friendly and does fantastic work!

I had an awful initial color and cut experience with a stylist. I'm not sure if I didn't explain my desired look or if the stylist was inexperienced. The stylist was very nice and could tell I was not happy and she did everything in her power to try and correct the situation. She even passed me off to a more experienced stylist who went out of her way to fix everything. I honestly felt like she completely understood and she was not going to let me walk out of that salon until my hair was presentable. Although there was a huge initial misunderstanding, the entire team was professional and helpful and I ended up with a cut and color I was satisfied with. Ali saved the day!

Another terrible experience with fantastic Sam's. Couldn't even get anyone to wait on me this time. Waited 10 minutes and the girl at the front desk finally noticed i was waiting. She was to busy having her grapes to see me I guess. Then to tell me The wait would be over an hour. They had no one in the salon. The last time I went to this location I was charged 140.00 For a cut and color. This is the price for a long hair color. I have never had long hair ever. Figured I would try again thinking it's been 5 years it might have changed. Wrong kinda sad really. I had forgotten why i didn't go here but thanks for refinishing my memory. Should have went with my gut and not gone in in the first place. Empty salon usually means terrible service. Point taken will not be back.

I usually don't write reviews however thought this one would be a good one to do, I brought my daughter in for a cut the other day checked in and was told it would be just a few minutes 45 minutes later still waiting was approached by the same lady that checked us in and said her next person available was a senior stylist or whatever she called her cant exactly remember and said that it would cost more because she was going to be the next available to cut my daughters hair. I agreed simply based on the fact that we were soon to be approaching an hour of waiting after being told it would be just a few minutes. Now I totally understand sometimes things take longer than expected etc... however the problem that I see is that if the senior stylist is all you have available to do the next cut why you would be charging extra? So it's either pay more so you can get out or wait for however long until the next one is available that's not a senior stylist.

I never really write reviews, but this salon was a great experience for me. The salon is modern and clean. I finally had an experienced stylist who explained why my hair was so dry, and what I needed to do to correct it. She colored my hair a natural looking blonde. I LOVE IT!! It's been 3 weeks and my color looks great and hair is so soft. I highly recommend them for any professional hair service!
