First the pros: They gave me a free MVP treatment upgrade(for being a first time customer), and the person who worked with me was nice enough. And a free coupon book was good! Now the cons: She did not do a good job on my hair. Normally, I enjoy a short haircut, but at most places I go, (Like Great Clips across the street) they give you a heads up, or SHOW you like a size larger before going to super short. While she did say it would be very short, she did not even offer to do a size above it. Then the massage she cranked the chair back so far it literally hurt my back and neck! Overall, SportClips has once again struck out in the big inning. Overall, 2 out of 5. And I would recommend anyone who goes there to be VERY SPECIFIC in the size they want, and if the massage chair is uncomfortable, alert the employee.

Sport Clips Plymouth Rockford Pointe is a great place to get a haircut and the MVP treatment! Lori the manager is great and they have a great team of "guy-smart" stylists and Sports on all the time! Stop in and check out this great new location next to Five Guys in the Rockford Pointe mall!
