I decided to dye my natural blonde hair to brown and I did it with a golden brown box color. Never a good idea to dye with box because my hair turned out red! Stacey helped me fix my hair and returned it back to the color that I previously had. She made me feel comfortable and like family! Highly recommend going to her because she knows what she is doing and is very helpful!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I have been to her salon once. I was looking for someone new to dye my hair and after looking at her reviews and hearing her crazy confidence over the phone, I thought she'd be a great choice! Got there and she got me in right away, picked out my color and we started. From the start she did not seem to know what she was doing although she claimed this was her strong-suit. She ended up dying my hair a WAY darker color then I had requested for. I had to go in the next day to try to get it fixed which she didn't charge me for although she couldn't fix it because the color and "new technology equipment" she used DOES NOT COME OUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. So i just had to deal with this crazy color she had put in my hair and it wasn't even the color, my 5 year old sister could have done a way better dying job-- choppy and exactly the opposite of what I had asked for. It doesn't stop there!!!!! She also cut my hair and if I could upload a picture I would-- it looked like she was drunk while cutting my hair, I even fixed her damage myself! I went to a previous hair lady I had gone to (wasn't open when I wanted my hair done) a few months later and she tried dying my hair to the color that I wanted and she was utterly surprised and had never seen her dye not work on a mess up like that-- also said she doesn't see the color coming out of my hair anytime soon, it will have to grow out. She goes "honey did you try cutting this yourself?" Nope, I went to a "professional". Although she gets amazing reviews, most are older ladies that wouldn't know the difference. Do not go to this salon unless you're wanting a TERRIBLE experience.
