All independent contractors - this means self employed - this means run their own business within another's - which means experienced and educated. which means if you have a complaint - your looking for something free. Stylists are top of the line highly educated and I do have to ask - IF YOUR SO UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE .... WHY DID YOU TIP!?!?

Would not waste your time with this salon. The staff are unprofessional and inexperienced. Also, HORRIBLE with coloring/highlighting hair! I seriously doubt they have a clue as to what they doing. I asked for a refund and the manager told me they could give me credit towards another service at this salon. I don't think so!!! Don't chance it with this salon, I would take your business elsewhere...
