Ok so first i want to talk about the positive. So the salon manager did my hair. I don't remember her name but she was a white lady. She seemed very knowledgeable and she gave good advice. She also was very friendly. However, it's obvious she doesn't have a lot of experience with flatirons. My hair lasted maybe one day. I think the problem came because she was flatironing large pieces of hair at one time. I just feel she needs to work on her weak areas and she would be unstoppable.

Today I got my oldest daughter's hair done here for the first time. My stylist Veronica was very informative on how to get more bang for my bucks!!! I really enjoyed her services. My wait was well worth it since my daughter's hair is long like Pocahontas. Thank you so much Veronica and I will be seeing you again!!!

II i could give zero stars and post, I would. I've been crying since yesterday from the awful cut and color I was given by Temika (stylist/Manager). First off, I must say that I've been natural for 6 years with a beautiful head of hair. I requested a shoulder length pixie with curls or flat iron and color. Boy was I in for a rude awakening. I left with what was suppose to be a brown/golden color. Not only was the color incorrect or nowhere near what was agreed upon. It had a huge black patch in the back of my head and my scalp was gold and orange (Halloween pumpkin)! My cut looked as if a blind person (no offense) or kindergarten child was on my head. She asked if I like it, and I told her I was not pleased seeing the black patches (like a spotted dog!) in my hair. She stated she was intentional w/creating this color...Is she serious!!! Al While providing service, she was on the store/cellphone w/friends and children. She expressed several times how anxious she was to get home and cook. It was shown how my head look. Finally, she asked me did I want a style. I told her I wanted a style when I entered the salon. She appeared to be upset. I told her never mind. She sent me out of the store w/wet clothes (rush wash job) and my hair was standing on my head. I resembled someone that had been electrocuted (partial blow dry). DO NOT USE THIS SALON OR THIS STYLIST!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! TO MAKE MAKE MATTERS WORST, THE DISTRICT SUPERVISOR (LINDA PIERCE) TOLD ME I WAS LYING ON THE STYLIST EVEN AFTER I PROVIDED HER WITH BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS OF MY HAIR. SHE ACCUSED ME OF ALTERING PHOTOS

The salon in Byram Walmart has a very professional and friendly staff with great team work . They're very knowledgeable. They even service kids of all ages. My daughter's got braids services with shampoo,conditioner, and braids. Lasted three weeks Great job Lady's😀😀😀thanks to stylist at Byram!!!!!!

The stylist who cut my hair, Tamika, did such an awful job that when I washed my hair 2 days later(now) and saw it without the style I cried. I went in just to get my ends clipped and a roller wrap. My hair was medium length about four-five inches passed my shoulders with my chin on my chest. After she was done cutting it I thought maybe it looked shorter because of the way she curled it. However, after 2 days when I washed it I saw that when I put my chin o my chest it didn't rest on my shoulders at all and the cuts were so uneven though out that you could see the difference. And the worst is the left side where there is a 3 inch difference in some of my length that I can not even wear my hair down and my ponytail is no better. This has been a very stressful moment for me and so am crying now as I write this review. I know it's just hair but there is nothing I can do to make it look better except to get it cut way shorter to match the left side now. I hope this review warns people of this stylist so no one else has to go through this traumatic experience.
