It's what I expect from an Ulta, well stocked and organized, found my products right away then someone from the salon pointed out the Sale for larger bottles, very nice of her ðŸ‘ðŸ½ðŸ‘ðŸ½

The wife usually maintains her own hair, she decided to go to Ulta and get it touched up... Jea did her hair and it looks like an aweful poofy 80â€™s punk rockstar hack job.

I have never gone into a place of this multitude and not one sales rep asked if I needed assistance. Not only did they not offer assistance, I shopped for 20mins and no one checked on me. This is why Sephora is my go to place!

The store is clean and well stocked (way better than my store in Baton Rouge) but the customer service is lacking. 1 cashier on a Saturday is RIDICULOUS. It took longer to check out than to shop. Multiple people got out of line. When I brought this to managements attention she said "there are only 2 people working". Nothing more. EVEN WORSE! How can you expect customers to leave satisfied when you give one employee to help find product and then one to check out a line of customers in a timely manner?
