I would NEVER recommend any bride use Elliot & company. I went there two months before my wedding and had my hair and makeup done. I liked how the girl (I scheduled with) did my hair on the pre wedding practice run. But I didn't care for how the makeup turned out. However, I scheduled my hair appointment, with the understanding the girl I drove to Natchez (1 1/2 hour drive) to see for the practice run would be doing my hair the day of the wedding. Wedding day arrives and the girl I set the appointment with was not there. A woman I had never used was there to do my wedding hair. I told her I wanted the girl I had used previously but was told she was off that day. So why would someone not call and let me know so I could go in a different direction or at least try this woman out before my WEDDING DAY???? I was already stressed and that made it 100 times worse. But at that point I didn't feel I had any other option, so I preceded to get my hair done, and I didn't love it. One hour after she did it the curls fell and the top part become loose because apparently not enough product or pins were used. I was in tears and had to have my bridesmaids help me try and fix my hair. I have been sent pics of my wedding day and my hair looks terrible. I wish I had never used them. Their business practices are awful and their lack of concern for the bride on her wedding day is deplorable.
