I had a big work event that I was attending and I wanted to have my hair done so It was less stress for me. I chose a blow dry bar because I wanted a relaxing experience, may hair washed and styled by someone that could see and do my hair from behind. My first experience at a place like this and it was absolutely awful! The girl I had never introduced herself and barely washed my hair. She was unable to wash the under side of my hair at the nape of my neck... it was still dry when I got up from the bowl. The blow dry was less than ideal, nothing relaxing about it AT ALL. This big flat paddle brush would scrape against my head in a downward motion without giving any sort of lift to my hair. I wanted large curls/beach waves... I left with preschooler curls by my face, a rats nest at the top of my head and straight nappy hair in the back. One would think Paige was a dog groomer before she came to this place. I will never go back and I will make sure my friends know the experience I had. I'm updating my review of this place. I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars. I will never ever return and neither will my friends. The owner contacted me as soon as I posted my first review and said she wanted to speak to me "live" I've given opportunities for that to happen and it has been almost a week since I visited. I am shocked at how poorly the return response has been especially since I was the one contacted 5 minutes after I posted my review. I'll never waste my money at this business ever again! All I know is that at the place of business that I work, if we get a complaint, the person whom it was about it talked with and the customer/client is contacted to find out the issue and to make it better by them. It's a shame that every business doesn't work this way.

I had such a great experience! My hair is fine and doesn't hold styles well. They took the time to listen to my concerns and I still can't get over how well their products worked with my hair. My hair is weighed down easily but the Unite products they used were amazing. My hair has NEVER felt so thick and full. It seriously didn't even feel like my hair when I touched it. The beach waves I requested were perfect and lasted well into the next day. The staff is super friendly & I can't wait to come back for more!

I have been to this Blo- location several times and I must say the girls are very knowledgeable about their products and styling. Every time I have had an appointment it has been a pleasurable experience. I loved the way they styled my hair and I even had my make up done there. It looked amazing very professional environment love the place.

Best blow out around! Love going to this place. All the girls and the owner are so friendly and really show how much they value my business. The service and the all natural products are top notch! Always part of my beauty regimen. :-)

I had my first experience at Blo today with Shelby, and it was outstanding! The shampoo and head massage was so relaxing! I love this Blo dry bar concept, it's the perfect mix of princess and pamper. I didn't know they offered sulfate free and vegan hair products, so that makes me love them even more! Every product that was used on me smelled amazing. Shelby styled my hair half down with waves and half up with a fishtail braid, something I can't do to myself so I was totally impressed. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent! I can't wait to go back.
