All these reviews are harsh and bias. Gail, you mention you want women over 35 to work there. Drop recommendations like those in a nice manner rather than being another woman down. Talk to the store supervisor. Donâ€™t just make assumptions. Weâ€™re all women here and we should be empowering each other instead of brining each other down.

Horrible service. And I mean absolutely horrible. When I go into Ulta, I generally know what Iâ€™m looking for before I even walk in. So every time I walk in, I donâ€™t appreciate being followed around the store for 20 minutes while a sales associate is trying to push me into buying more things that I have no interest in buying. The only time Iâ€™m treated with any sort of respect is when I walk in with a full face of makeup. Every time I go to check out and a sales girl hounds me for 5 minutes to just pick up Bad Gal Bang Mascara, it makes me not want to buy anything at all. Itâ€™s also disappointing to watch your workers laugh at the women that are shopping there. Itâ€™s actually quite disgusting. Iâ€™ve seen this especially from the ladies that work in the MAC section.

This was truly a disappointing customer service experience. This was my first time visiting an Ulta Beauty store; and I was just accompanying a friend. I found a perfume at a great price and decided to buy it. I even double and triple checked the price before I went through with it because it seemed like such a good deal. I went to check out and it rang up as almost double. I let my cashier, Anna, know that I thought it was incorrect and she quickly assured me that I had either grabbed the wrong product or the wrong size. I was pretty sold on the perfume though so I just bought it. Then I went and checked the display and sure enough, I was right about the price, size and product. So I went to get a portion of my money back and the most unpersonable customer service was given to me. The cashier was Sonja and they required me to become a rewards member, when I didnâ€™t want to be, just so I could get my money back. Overall bad experience, I doubt Iâ€™ll ever visit one of these stores again.

Not helpful. I came looking for a certain product that I purchased at a different Ulta in Florissant. I was disappointed after not finding it myself. The lady I asked for help finding it could not either and said some stores carry slightly different products. She then said sorry and walked away. I thought she would have helped me pick out a different foundation similar to the one I really wanted but she just walked away without any further helpfulness. Next I asked a different lady if they could look up & see if my product is at other stores. She said the computers canâ€™t do that & that I can always â€œcall myself, google will call anywhere...â€ basically I got the overall impression that no one wanted to go even above average to help a customer out even when they are seeking help.

I will say every time I have gone in an Ulta I have felt judged and would leave disappointed. I almost gave up ever stepping foot in an Ulta again when on a whim I went. I have psorasis and my skin is so dry. Any time I would go in for assistance it seemed like no-one would listen. My skin was flaky and makr up started to look awful no matter the brand. Not this this last time. I received assistance from Arianna who is a clinique consultant. She was so amazing!! Went over why make up was not working bc my skin was so dry. She did a step by step what I need to do for my skin. She took the time to show me how these products will help me. Never once did I feel like she was just trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. I spent $200 with the skin care I desperately needed and I didn't even blink an eyelash. Why you ask? Because Arianna was so amazing. One week later I can say she saved my skin. I put on make up with out any caking or dryness. It has been years since I have felt so great about my make up. Go see Arianna! She is the only reason I will step back into Ulta and I gave this location 4 stars instead of the 1 I was about to leave.
