Called in a little after 8pm and asked if they would accept a walk in and a friendly non hesitant answer yes was given. Upon arrival I was greeted and told that it would be just a few minutes and she would be ready for me. The wait was about 10 minutes as she finished up with the previous customer and cleaned her station. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable of different hair types and how to manage it and was just as knowledgeable of their products and recommendations of the best products for the style a person is trying to accomplish. She listened to my requests contently and my haircut came out just the way I wanted it to. I felt Great and my hair felt and looked 1000X Better!! I felt assured of the products that she helped me decide on. I walked out of the clean and tidy salon with a big smile on my face. I recommend Desiree all the way!! She is at the top of my list the next time I'm in Joplin and need a cut or anything for a Thanks for a Great experience.

This salon is very conveniently placed in the mall, so you can get your shopping done and then stop in for a haircut, coloring service, or waxing service. MasterCuts takes appointments and walk-ins. Staff are always very friendly. My husband however, has had a few instances where while stylists did a fantastic job, the clippers used were dull and left his skin irritated and his hair uneven. The prices for services are decent and they usually have sales on their professional hair products.

I just walked in to see if they had an opening when I was in the middle of doing my mall shopping and they said it would be about an hour. They took my name and number and called my cell phone when they were ready and the timing worked out perfectly! Cailah did an amazing job with my hair, even though my hair is very long and thick. Thank you!!!

I had an appointment set up for a specific time. When I arrived, I was slightly early. I waited for a bit and they told me the lady I had been recommended was still busy. I decided to come back in about 45 minutes like she indicated. When I arrived again, she was still busy and told me it would be another 30ish minutes. I told her that I had stuff to do and couldn't wait much longer to get my hair trimmed. I got another employee who did my hair. I was terribly disappointed with the work. They started trimming my hair without wetting or straightening it or anything. My hair was very frizzy and wavy that day. Furthermore, he made the sides uneven on the "U" shaped trim. I showed my hair to my mom afterwards and she replied with an "oh my." To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My hair is still trying to grow out. I will probably never visit this place again, which is sad.
