A small child with hacksaw would b better

Visited this business this afternoon to get a simple trim on my 12 year old daughter. My 10yr old boy could have done better. Her hair is all uneven. She even went back a few minutes later to try to get bangs fixed and it was worse! Date of service 3/28 at approximately 330pm. She believes the “stylist” was Marcus. This was the worst experience ever and this will NOT be my only review.

I just moved to Joplin 2 months ago. I have gotten 2 terrible, uneven hair cuts here by two different girls. After the first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day…. Both times I’ve had to get it fixed. The girls at Webb city fixed me up this time and it was a much better result.

My son's hair is messed up sooo bad!! It's choppy,and uneven. Took him in for a back to school cut,and this is what he left with. Needless to say,he won't be coming back. $18 dollars wasted.

The three ladies that worked yesterday were great. No one with short purple hair was passive aggressively pulling my hair and I'm very happy with my new cut
