I got zapped at the ending which leaves red spots all around my neck. You should use a razor or something that won't hurt. (Try zapping yourself next time) Kids please beware! Non-ethical behavior for charging my wife's "simple haircut" for a "Perfect Package" with a few blows of your hair dryer. Buyer's beware, tell them which price that you are willing to pay for.

Not sure of her name but the lady with the white short hair cut my hair, my sister's and my mom's. She did a great job on my mom's hair but then proceeded to give me and my sister horrible cuts. And the whole time she insulted our previous hair cuts and hair colors not to mention insulted a fellow hairstylist (WHO WAS THERE and cut our hair before- he was super nice as well). She barely cut my hair at all not listening to a word i said and did the same to my sister. Complete waste of time and money.

Just NO! Horrible experience

I walked in and asked if they took walk in and the lady said (very rudely) not for another hour. So I put my name down for 5 pm. I went back right on time and the same lady said she was running behind and she had one more hair cut and to come back in 20 minutes. So I waste another 20 minutes and once again show up right on time. She told me to sit down and she'd be with me in a minute. Then she took the man that walked in right behind me and started cutting his hair and I sat waiting another 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting so I left and she yelled sorry in the absolute most sarcastic voice I have ever heard in my life. So please don't give this business your time of day if they don't even care to give their time to a paying customer.
