Store is messy, employees aren’t the friendliest, and half of the items they “carry” aren’t in stock, even if the website says they are. Obviously the website is never updated. I got a coupon for a free travel size item, website said it was in stock and the employee in the store had no idea what I was talking about. PLEASE clean the store, restock items/at least update the website and offer better customer service. I won’t be going back any time soon after my recent trip into this mess of a store. The Jefferson City store is much cleaner, bigger and the staff is much nicer.

Angela always makes my hair feel and look so good! I wish I can repeat what she does, or have a tiny version that would pop out when I needed help 😂 love this place and they are having the liter sale for July (2018)

Employee looked through the storage drawers for a color that was not on the shelf. It was not available and she offered to order it and it would be sent to the store for pickup with no shipping charges. She also offered to help my daughter find something similar that was in stock.

No greeting to customers, was passed by four workers as I'm browsing the skin care aisles, not one comment from anyone.. I did actually have a question about skin care products, but nobody stopped to help or even acknowledged my presence in the store. The one guy was on the phone, the rest were walking around to help other customers. They walked right past me each time to greet someone else!
