Walk in minimum wait time. The stylist I had asked several questions since it was my first time there. Then made suggestions regarding style. Excellent haircut as good or better than more expensive salons I've been to.

Manager Neena was very abrasive and made me feel like I was wasting her time. Wait was long and overall mood of the salon was tense.

Great location with a great experience. When you walk into any salon, you can feel the vibe right away and everyone working here has a great spirit and sense of community! Last cut with Leena was fast and easy, and every other cut has been the same. I'll be back!

Loved coming to this location, but with staff changes and never able to get the same hairstylist. Never again, horrible customer service. Long waits and disappointed haircut. I'll be going elsewhere for now on.
