Amanda did a great job on my sons haircut. I was able to show her a picture and she was able to cut it like the pic. Will be coming back. Friendly staff. Lots of smiles and good service.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! The manager, Lauren Patrick, is extremely rude and not helpful. She cut my hair personally and it is completely wrong and uneven. I have not been compensated, and they refused to own their mistakes. They have no customer service skills, and we’re disrespectful. Even though the haircuts are cheap, the work is cheaper.

Nice experience and satisfying hair cut almost every time visited except for 2 times that too it was because of a specific staff and the next time I told the bad experience to the store in charge there she listened and apologized for the experience and offered me a free hair cut next time with a coupon and it did happen. Also she advised me that if you are looking for a specific stylist to cut your hair request for them to do the service each time and in this way we are 100% satisfied and I’m following the same way and now sticking here without going to their competitors. Book in their app and go!! It helps in jumping the queue.
