I had a horrible experience here! I went in and asked to just have me ends trimmed since I can't get into my stylist for another month. The guy repeated back to me what I wanted but then proceeded to chop off over 2 inches, not even on either side, and decided to give me layers which I did not ask for. My hair was all the same length and now the front of my hair is several inches shorter than the back. Not to mention it's not even a gradual difference in length its just chopped. Only good part was the female that did my eyebrows did a great job. For anything other than brows I would NOT recommend!!!

I’ve been trying to get my hair cut for a long time !! I was in the mall and did a lot of shopping . I saw the salon and figured hey ... maybe I should stop here and get my hair cut. So I asked the woman that was working that night Friday 29 January 2017 if they were open she said yes , but they’re swamped. I looked around not a client / customer in sight. I asked her if she could cut my hair , it wouldn’t take long. She excepted I asked how much 35$ Okay, so I get in the chair and explain to her what kind of hair cut I wanted She cuts my hair and I paid and tipd So I get home and I get to styling my hair with some flat irons The way she cut my hair is ridiculous My hair is uneven cut it’s just not what I wanted and surely not for the price I paid Next time I will be going to great clips

$51 for a men's haircut lol. Don't worry though, that's just the blondes price. The other lady only charges $36. I am new to the area and perhaps I'm out of touch with the price of a haircut. I get my hair done once a week like clockwork for 12 years now and have never come across such outrageous prices lol. I didn't let them cut my hair, so this review isn't on their quality, the ladies were friendly, just the prices are better suited for California, not Missouri.

Terrible experience! Went to the salon to color my hair, roots only because I had gray hair. The manager of the salon Alicia or Alisia decided to put very light color at the roots and darker one for the rest of the hair. I explained to her that I only need the roots done but at the end I went with what she says thinking she knows what she's doing. My hair color came out bad, shiny light brown at the top and darker for the rest of the hair. Not only she messed up, she started raising her voice and blaming me for the mess that she created. The lady who was applying the color was nice, the problem was with Alicia who was giving her wrong instructions. She instructed her again to apply another color to fix the problem, I spent 3 hours in the salon, wasted a full day, was shocked with the manager's behavior in front of other clients. After leaving the salon, I called and spoke to Alisia again to be fair before I leave this review. Alicia told me that she doesn't care and that she knew I was gonna leave a nasty review and this is why she informed her management and the customer service people! I wrote to customer service and did not get a response, seems the whole company is this way not only Alicia! I am not sure how you are surviving in this business with this terrible customer service!

Went in to get a very simple haircut and came out with the back all choppy. She had an awful attitude and the most awful shampoo I have ever had. I'm so glad that i spent 20 dollars on a crappy haircut just so you could make it to your Arby's job. Never going bac again.
