I wanted to love this salon for so many reasons: near my new home, super cute and of course it’s AVEDA, but after my second visit i knew it would be my last...I value my Pure Privilege points and the manager said she would make sure they got added to my account (1000 bonus points matter!) but they never did. Both times I was left to process too long and my color was too bright (my stylist did a whole haircut/wash while i processed and never checked on me).I was charged the same amount for a full head as a partial head of highlights and cut (my bad for not addressing that in the moment). The worst, though, was when I went back to my beloved former Aveda salon, my stylist showed me parts of my hair that had not been colored since she did it last, over a year ago!! She said the “partial” i got at Elle was what they would consider a “t zone” process, and the full must have been more of a partial...so, as a cute little Eureka salon, it gets two stars. But as a loyal Aveda girl, this salon does the brand a disservice.
