The customer service was good. But i specifically asked for bigger parts, she told me the braids around the front needed to be small to avoid slipping. But 15 days later i have 7 braids that came out around the edges with my hair attached to the braids. I called titi back and told her about my hair being pulled so tight at the root and the whole braids falling out of my head, she said there is nothing she could do unless i paid her again and hung up the ph. I paid $260 for my braids. I don't think she deserves another dime of my money and I will not return.
