Very nice people, but no wash with the hair cut, with a $15 you should at least get a hair washing. 9/13 Just visited Great Clips again because I got a coupon in the mail. I was taken right in, I was given a great hair cut that was done fast (cut most of my hair off) the stylist did a great job. Also, something I didn't see the first time was a listing of prices above the register that showed that shampoos are an extra charge. Will go back, really liked the fast service.

We've been getting haircuts at great clips for the past 14 years, we've never had a bad haircut, the staff is wonderful and definitely trained well. Our 6 year old son received his first haircut their and every haircut since there. My only complaint (if you call it that) would be.....they don't do coloring.

Truly a great experience! Great full VIP treatment plan and unheard of deal in pricing in this economy the way it has been! I highly recommend them and Sammi G. Is my stylist and she is also a great friend of many years to me and my family!

Fast, friendly service and reasonably priced. Great place to go for a kids haircut. The staff also seems very knowledgeable about their products and gave us a great recommendation for a heat protector.

We've been going to Great Clips since 2012, they are the ones to do or son's first haircut and he's 6 now, we only go to great clips in Cookeville and no where else. NEVER A BAD HAIRCUT!
