Jennie Birgitta does an amazing job. She's fun to talk to and has done multiple colors, cuts, and even a perm that have all turned out great.

So recently a friend of mine visited this salon just to spend money to have her hair trashed and her extensions thrown away because she left them with Jennifer so she could ombré them for her but after she corrected the mistakes Jennifer had made to her hair she threw away her extensions in which she just purchased... Not to mention Jennifer also sent her horrible Facebook messages saying she should "just buy a wig" and all the owners or management offered to do was have Jennifer work on her hair for free ... Haha this is a bad business practice and if this is how things are run then I'd highly suggest taking your money and hair elsewhere.... So unprofessional.

"Jaded Jen" is the WORST hairstylist I have ever been to. She unsuccessfully color stripped my hair then tried to cover it with a brown, and it was uneven and blotchy all over. I also paid her to color my hair extensions. I fixed my hair somewhere else and when she found out she threw away my brand new extensions and then proceeded to cuss at me via facebook. DO NOT GO TO HER.
