Shop is run by a kind and caring lady. Place is almost never crowed, so its a quick in and out appointment.

DO NOT COME HERE if you precious your time. I have been here before some of her regulars (I’m pretty sure about it), but when I approach the lady to say I think I came here before them (hello, I’ve been waiting for close to two hours!) she and the regulars gang up on me and told me I came last. In conclusion, skill yes. Manner big no!

Great skill Yes. But she never say hi,bye,thank you. I mean Routine customer service. But I paid 30% tip. But don't want to go back again So embarrassed Manners make man! It is business. Thank you.

Update - I am not sure how to rate her. Her skill is great but her wait time is ridiculously long. She rarely shows up to work on time. Be prepared to wait 2 to 4 hours if there is someone on her chair. I LOVE this lady!! I HIGHLY recommend her service. The price is very affordable but the service and skill she delivered far exceeds the value. She is easy to talk and really listened to what I was looking for in my hairstyle. The only downfall is she does not take appointments, as it is all walk-in’s only. Sometimes you could hit the “rush hour” of haircut and the wait can be long. She would never hurry up her work to get to the next client. Weekends usually have a long waiting line. She is truly the hidden gem of Lincoln. I would never let anyone else touch my hair but her!!
