If I could give a negative rating I would do so. Having a disappointing hair cut and dye can be devastating, because you have to deal with it every single day. The staff just made me blond with layers which they curled ( 4 out of 5 of the staff has this same cookie cutter, hair style, which is fine, but let people have their own uniqueness. A hair stylist is suppose to bring out beauty, not cake on dye or replicate the same style on everyone) I was so disappointed that I cut off all my hair (a hard adjustment) which was still better than existing with the horrible dye job. If I could go back I would never let these people touch my long undyed hair. The staff here destroyed my self esteem. Hair will grow back, but it's a long time to stew in self shame and disappointment and the touch of the dye is lingering and distasteful.

Korey is an amazing stylist. I am always thrilled with my color and cut, you can tell this woman is a Paul Mitchell graduate who has honed her craft. She takes her time and puts in effort with every process. You will not be disappointed.

Korey is the best stylist! She cares not only about your hair, but about your life as well. I'm in college and she is happy to work with prices with me. I'm always happy with my results. Definitely book with her.

Always a pleasure to visit jcpenney salon. The service is fast and professional. I enjoy all the stylist and attention to detail when it comes to my cut. Most of my family go to this salon and we always leave pleased. Korey is one talented stylist I can't help but mention. All the woman in my family see korey and have nothing but the best to say about her. Between you and me... there hair has never looked better. ;)

I have been going to JC Penney Salon for at least 2 years now. The customer service has always been great. I've had a few stylists & they've all been wonderful. Let me tell you though......2 years ago I got connected with Korey because I like to challenge my stylist. I love color, not like normal hair colors either! You wouldn't think JC Penney Salon would be doing the things that Korey can do & other stylists as well! They will knock your socks off! Korey is the most talented hair stylist & amazing person, The Salon is lucky to have her. Can't wait til my next appointment!!
