Laid back atmosphere- skilled stylists ask for Jen

I had a terrible color experience at this salon. I asked for a medium brown, which we chose, and to keep some of my blonde in there for highlights. She went ahead and did am all-over color with the brown and left none of my blonde! She then told me that my blonde would come thru for highlights after a few washes. I had told her before that I only wash my hair once, maybe twice a week, and that my color holds well. After ONE wash later in the week, the brown color was washing out and after drying my hair it had noticeably lost a great amount of color, I was nearly blonde again with splotches of brown. I was incredibly upset, and I immediately called a different salon and had my hair colored the way I expected in the first place with a medium brown and highlights added due to a crappy color that ruined any and all of my blonde hair that was suppose to be left out for highlights. Also, halfway thru the appointment at Reflections, I was told by the woman doing my hair that she didn't attend an actual cosmetology school, but instead did an assisted type training and learned her technique from that. Very disappointing to hear that halfway thru, and her "skills" really showed afterwards. Do not go to this place. Know your stylist beforehand.
