I was so impressed with Peter's Images. Although I have visited in years past, it has been a while. I wanted to book spa services for my birthday but it was extremely last minute (The night before!) Since it fell on Saturday this year, I was not hopeful that I would be able to book anything. When I searched online, Peter's came up and I read about several of their services online and figured I would call and see if they had anything available. Jasmine was amazing! She was not only able to book 3 different spa services and a cut and color for my hair but she also took extra time on the phone to explain the different options to me. She was very accommodating and understanding about the fact that I was calling so last minute. I hung up the phone feeling very wowed by her level of customer service. When I arrived at the spa the next day, everyone was warm and welcoming. Several different employees wished me a happy birthday and spent the entire day pampering me! Jasmine even came around to offer guests wine, little cheesecakes and chocolate covered strawberries while I was having a pedicure. I spent most of my day with Michelle who was fantastic! For my facial, she took extra time to discuss the type of skin that I had before deciding on which treatments to use. She was careful to select products that would not irritate my sensitive skin and also took the time to explain why she was using thosethose pro and to educate me about how best to take care of my type of skin at home. She also gave me a flawless pedicure before moving on to cutting and coloring my hair. Just like with my facial, she explained the different color options and styles to me and even mixed a custom color based on our discussion. It looks amazing! As if all of that wasn't enough, Jasmine made me a little gift bag of products to take home. All in, I was there for 6 hours and I felt so comfortable and content the entire time. This is by far the best spa experience I have ever had and I will definitely be back! And...the prices are amazing!

Jasmine is lovely! I came in to chop off my hair and get a nice, short do. She gave me exactly what I described ... only I decided the next day that I wasn't truly happy because I apparently hadn't known what I *really* wanted. Jasmine kindly, graciously, and sincerely wanted me to be 100% happy, so she squeezed me in again, gave me essentially a completely different haircut, but didn't charge me. I will come back here! (P.S. additional reason to like Jasmine: she doesn't talk the paint off the walls like a lot of hairstylists -- she lets the customer take the lead: if you want to talk, she's happy to chat; if you want to be silent, she respects that.)

I was here for the first time last week and I had a great experience, but my results were disappointing. I received the keratin straightening treatment because I have curly hair. I have had it done before by a different salon and my hair was straight afterwards for months, the way I wanted it to be. I figured Iâ€™d try this place out and do the treatment here, but when I washed my hair 4 days later my hair was curly again! I paid way too much money than I did before to get this treatment, and now I have to continue to use a flat iron on my hair.

Over the past 2 years I have gotten 3 cuts by 3 different hair dressers. I choose to do walk-in as itâ€™s convienent. It always looks great! They listen to what you want. They will give you tips on hair care and styling too. Great location, clean, and professional.

Yes. So much yes. I came here after going to a different salon and getting a botched haircut, and ChauntÃ©l was amazing. Dare I say, a goddess of shears. She gave my hair life, texture and movement. ChauntÃ©l, you are my new favorite human. Thank you SO MUCH for giving me the style and pizazz that you did!
