I booked an apot here because I was looking for someone who specializes in curls. I waited 2 weeks for my appt. When I got to the salon, I was told that i couldn't color my hair the way i wanted it, but i really needed something done to my hair so I asked my stylist what their suggestion would be for my hair. The response? Call someone else. I was shocked. I left the salon looking as bad as I did going in, and now I'm back to looking for a stylist, and waiting who knows how long for another appt. As a stay at home mom who almost never gets "me time" to be pampered, I am beyond devastated and humiliated about my trip to this salon. Will not be going back.

Best place in Greater Manchester for naturally curly hair care and cut. Cathy knows how to help bring curls to life. Maintaining healthy curls is a lifestyle. Cathy is wonderful to learn from, no matter what type of curls, as she takes time to listen and get to know each person and patiently cuts each curl, one by one. I am so glad we found her for my two daughters and myself.

WOW WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THIS SALON.I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED TO A SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF EVERYONE SEEMS TO ACTUALLY LOVE THERE JOB AT THIS PLACE.I WAS OFFERED A BEVERAGE WHILE I HAD A SHORT WAIT IN THE COMFY WAITING AREA.I USED TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE TO HAVE MY HAIR CUT ON SOUTH WILLOW I WONT MENTION THE NAME (SC) BUT ANYWAY THE LAST TIME I WENT THERE I LEARNED MY FAVORITE STYLIST NO LONGER WORKED THERE SO AFTER 3 LONG WEEKS OF SEARCHING FOR HER I FINALLY FOUND HER AND ITS NONE OTHER THAN MISS ASHLEYINGALLS WHO IS BY FAR THE BEST STYLIST I EVER HAD TOUCH MY HAIR I FINALLY LOOK GOOD AND FEEL GREAT SHES SUCH A SWEET HEART THIS PLACE IS LUCKY TO HAVE HER I LOOK FORWARD TO SENDING MUCH BUISNESS HER WAY ESPECIALLY ME.SO I JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SALON AND IF YOUR NEW TO THE AREA TAKE MY WORD FOR IT ASHLEY INGALLS IS THE BEST.
