This salon is now on Broad Street in Nashua, NH. I have been going to this salon since 2012. My husband and two children also go there. I also brought in the business of my friend, her husband and two children. My stylist, Elaine, is excellent and professional. However, I found the other stylists there to be very, rude, insulting and unprofessional. I had my hair done recently, and I was talking with animation and this other stylist (I will call her "L") told me I was loud (I wasn't) by very loudly pronouncing this from across the salon. When I left, I mentioned to L that she shouldn't criticize the customers. She proceeded to go into attack mode and scream and rant at me. I told her I am a customer and I would talk as I wanted. She said she would "report" me to the owner ("K"). I said I would talk with her too. Well, I called today to make an appointment for my two kids and K answered and said in an extremely nasty voice that she needed to talk to me because I was threatening people at the salon!! I never threatened anyone and told her this. I calmly asked her if I could tell my side of the story. She would NOT listen at all, she was rude, cut me off and started ranting about things that I did not say and did not happen. She then said I should find another salon. Keep in mind that K was not even there when L was rudely yelling at me in the salon (in front of Elaine's other client). She would not let me speak at all, so I hung up. Apparently, L told the owner a bunch of lies and K did not even bother to try to find out what happened and to listen to a client who has been going there every three weeks for 4 years!! Well she lost 8 clients today (my family and my friend's), by not acting in a professional manner and listening to a loyal client of her salon. I have never been treated like this in my life. So unprofessional! IMO, except for Elaine, the rest of the workers are horrid and very offensive. It is like rain clouds are following them over their heads. A salon experience should be pleasant and relaxing. In that place, I felt I could cut the tension and stress caused by (K and L) with a knife. If it wasn't for Elaine, I would have left a long time ago. My recommendation: DON'T GO THERE.
