I booked my appointment last minute with Karen to have my hair styled for my baby shower. When I arrived at the salon, everyone greeted me with warm genuine smiles. Something Iâ€™m not really used to at a salon (for some reason most other salons have attitudes) They did not make me wait a single minute past my appointment and I was seated right away. I showed Karen what I wanted and she did not fail to impress. While I was there she kept me company and talked to me, which really helped me stay calm (Iâ€™m 9 months pregnant and hosting my own baby shower, had a lot on my mind) . Towards the end, I believe the owner stepped in to finish my hair. I was indecisive about what to clip back with my hair and the wonder was extremely patient and gave me her opinion with a smile. My hair took about an hour and half (I have very thick, silky, straight, long - past my hips - Pakistani hair) This was the first time in my entire life that my hair was done exactly how I wanted (this includes the time I had my hair done for all 3 days of my wedding) I will definitely be returning and recommending this salon to anyone and everyone I know. Made an appointment with chalis for a cut and blow. Boy was I blown away! Sheâ€™s super friendly and knows what sheâ€™s doing! She did a lob and did exactly what I wanted which is hard to find and super fast too! I loved it!

I absolutely love this salon Chalis knows what's she's doing. Best experience I've ever had at a salon. My balayage came out exactly how I wanted it too.
