After my daughter received a waxing service from staff member, April, she was treated rudely and inappropriately as a customer and let me tell you why. April would NOT honor the GROUPON that my daughter got off the website immediately before she arrived for her appointment. April went to check out my daughter and when she proceeded to swipe my daughter's card, the card had an insufficient amount of balance to pay for the sale. (There would have been sufficient balance if she HONORED the GROUPON). My daughter apologized and informed April that she would need a few minutes to do a transfer from one bank account to this one attached to the debit card. April, in my daughter's opinion, gave my daughter a rude attitude, was very impatient and was short with her and obviously annoyed. She proceeded to say that there was no money on the card and would not listen to what my daughter was telling her. The money was transferred and April ran the card twice. She treated my daughter like a criminal, instead of the client who chose that salon to receive a service. My daughter received a rash after the waxing, and will never return to this establishment.
P.S. In her response, April says my daughter didn't pay; I personally transferred the money to my daughter's bank card from my account. There is a receipt to prove it.
