This 'salon' is a complete waste of space and money. My mother recently went there to recieve hair extensions and a topper. When she came out this place, the whole hair piece was put so far back on her head, it looked so fake. And the netting was FULLY exposed!! Keep in mind they advertise their hair as human hair. I wouldn't be suprised if the hair came from a horse, it had that low of a quality. They didn't even dye her hair to match! The piece soon started to loose grip and fall off. It was extremley uncomfortable and made her look like a FOOL. She just couldn't take it anymore, it had to come off. When she walked in to get them taken off they were so nasty to her, and didn't even care. They took the topper out, and threw extensions in the TRASH. My mother then stopped the check for the remaining 700 dollars because she was not at all satisfied. And you know what made this whole experience worse; Gerry called our house and had the nerve to threaten my mother with a complaint. She even told her to come and get her extensions out of the trash if she wanted them so bad. This whole staff, including the owners, are totally inappropriate and rude. I hope justice is served, and the 'professionals' get what they deserve.
