'Slept in for a change....bed head 'Hubby said "let's go out" 'Tuned the wrong handle in the shower,,the overhead, instead of the handheld,. Water came gushing out. 'Dried my hair a bit, ran a comb through it and was ready to rumble. now, that's a haircut!!!!!!!!!!!

Melanie is AWESOME! I have never had a bad experience with her. I have been using Melanie for over 12 years. The Salon is great and so is Melanie! Everyone always tells me I love your hair color! Melanie just finished doing my hair for my wedding! She Rocks!

Went in, asked if they take walk-ins. One woman said yes. She pointed me to the receptionist and said "she can help you." I walked over to her and asked if I could get a hair cut and, if possible, a beard trim. The receptionist awkwardly asked the stylist in front of her if she could do it. She gave a somewhat disgusted look and said no. I asked no to just the beard trim or the haircut too? Everyone just stood around looking befuddled. If you don't have time to take me or don't take men or walk-ins or whatever, just say so and don't waste people's time.

They are wonderful....can't say enough great things about these outstanding woman...I have to tell you all I have never been to this salon before this happened to me yesterday......OK..this is my story.....I called Hair Friends today (Thrus) so upset and crying I didn't know where to go or what to do....I went to a different Hair Salon on Weds to get a cut and color...and well I came out with green, and brown hair with the worst foil job on earth...I had spots and strips...not to say anything about the worst cut I ever had. On my way home I stopped at a "quick cut" and got another bad hair cut...(not my hair day)...didn't sleep at all on Weds night...go up early on Thurs to see if anyone could help me.... I called Hair Friends and told Jasmin my problem she was so kind , she made me feel everything was going to be ok....then Maryann got on the phone..and told me don't worry ...I'll help you how fast can you get here....well, it was one of the best SALON days I have ever had...the staff can't do enough for you from hanging up your coat, making you coffee...to just making you feel you are "HOME WITH FRIENDS" well after Maryann finished my hair...I cried again...but this time it was tears of joy....my hair was beautiful, she was able to not only fix the color and cut...she went above and beyond... I can't thank them enough for helping me not "SHAVE MY HAIR OFF" I will never go to any other Salon again.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Love Sarah - she listens to what I want to do with my hair, gently brings me back to reality about what can be done, and then does a great job!
