It's true, this place is now closed. In fact, it's been almost 10 months, which is very surprising -- the Emerson location used to be very busy on weekends and used to stay open until 8-9pm on weeknights. I had been going here for 12 years and never had any complaints. This was my go-to place and when they happened to be busy, I would go to Westwood Supercuts and now that's also closed. What's going on here? Where did Gabriella, Katrina and other great hairstylists at these locations all go? Did they all just quit en masse? Such a shame as the Emerson location next to Stop & Shop is just incredible.

CLOSED (???) 2/7/19 - I went here with my father yesterday and this location was closed. The sign on the door said "Closed. Please visit another location.) So I went to the Westwood Supercuts, same thing. They had a big Now Hiring sign, yet still closed. Then, I went to the Park Ridge location and it was open. I asked the employee what's going on with the other stores. She said "They would love to open Emerson and Westwood but they can't find anyone to work there. Nobody wants to work, so, we'll see." I wasn't aware of a stylist shortage, but I guess that's a thing. Hopefully these stores can reopen before they lose their leases. I've always had a good experience there.

Now closed it seems. Shame, too - despite all the negative reviews, I never had a bad experience here.

I am a stylist at this salon. We take pride in our salon being professional, courteous, experienced and sterile. We each have many years experience as cosmetologyst's. We are thankful for our loyal clients during the transition to build a great staff & team. I would be happy to personally hear any concerns and address them. I assure you we have a great team of professional stylists who care about the clients concerns and requests for a certain style or issue with their hair. If we are unaware if a bad experience there is no way to correct issues a person may have. We invite you to come in at any time or call us . We would be happy to help you have a better experience in the future.
