I went to Great Clips asking for a simple one inch trim. The man who did my hair which i do not know his name ended up cutting my hair 2 1/2 inches, adding layers which not only did i not ask for but he did them completely wrong, and he added face shaping bangs which i also did not ask for. Here's a lesson for you Great Clips, do what the customer asks you to do and nothing more or less. Never visiting this place again and i highly do not recommend it unless you want your hair to be butchered.

I went today for bangs. The girl butchered my hair. She didnt part it correctly and just started cutting. Whole appointment lasted 2 minutes. I am devasted. I now have a pattern of long and short strands of hair in the front of my face.

Decided to go to Great Clips because of their awesome coupon for around $7 which is far better than Supercuts. After my haircut, I gave coupon and she said the company wasn't taking coupon that day even though it was valid, eligible, and not expired. Cash register even showed amount due was $7. She said she didn't know why but refused to manually change it. She said use it next time. It was obvious that she was deceiving me and making me pay full amount which was $18 for some odd reason. Customers BEWARE with your coupons at this location. Ask before you get your cut. Even manager was standing in back watching but doing nothing. Never going there again after being scammed!

Absolute garbage. Did a terrible job with the hair but more importantly their attitudes were terrible. Never again. My hair is now uneven all over and I have to consider just buzzing it all off.

I get my hair cut in great clips everytime and they got my style saved in system. I never felt bad after hair cutting but today I did feel that I didnt get the correct hair cut done. Krystle was my hair dresser today. First of all, she sounded rude to me starting from check in to hair cut, probably matter of race. Secondly, she refused to cut the hair the way I wanted. She kept on telling me that, the cut I m looking for is not possible. But I have got my cut in great clips before!. Probably the review does nothing to her but she is the worst hair designer I have seen ever and I will never have my hair done with her.
