I went in looking for an item but had trouble finding it. Most workers seemed to be busy helping other customers (understandable), but I saw one who was. not helping anyone. She made direct eye contact with me, and as I said "I'm sorry, I have a question," she looked away and quickly started walking away. I work in retail too, and I know that personally I would never walk away from a customer like that. Not only was it rude, but it was extremely unprofessional. If she was busy, she could have just told me that. Thankfully, another employee was able to assist me and even offered to walk me over to the aisle in which the item I needed was, despite her being preoccupied with online shopping. Needless to say I would not return unless I really needed something from there.
