I asked for my hair to be braided one way and they gave me what style they wanted to give me for 150.00 plus got a ticket for 29.00.

The staff is amazing, very respectful. Tenin's is the place to go for hair braiding of any style.. God bless the Owner and her staff. Thank you for a great job!

I always go here and usually Iâ€™m satisfied but the last few times I have been unhappy. Thereâ€™s only one stylist who does 2 braids and she comes in later than when the shop opens! Also I came here when they open and the doors were locked but the gates were open. I called and the owner told me somebody would be there by 8 to open the door but she wouldnâ€™t be avaialbe herself until 9:15 to do two braids.

I'm giving Tenin's Salon ONE STAR for a few reasons. The positive they were open on time and I was there for two and a half hours. Other then that I COMPLETELY dislike my hair. As you can see in my pictures the first one is the finished product and the second picture is what I asked for. I can respect someone more if you just let me know up front you can't do it. Especially, when I said i did not want them to be straight back. I'm going on vacation so I did not have time or money to waste. I was misquoted the prices, when I called and explained what i wanted something that should on been no more than $120 was way to expensive. NOT TO EVEN BE SATISFIED. Also she used products in my hair without even asking if it was okay. I cant get my hair wet because the loops are up and act as if they will slip out sloppy work. I tried calling and no one is answering the phone another problem bad customer service. There was a movie playing with witches and demeans which I feel was very inappropriate!
