Don't waste your time. They do good work however it’s impossible to get an appointment with them and IF you do they clearly have their preferred customers. So the wait time can still be long, if she takes someone who walks in before your set time. She does not respond to text and or phone calls so I don’t suggest them at all. You pay for a SERVICE, PERIOD. They need a more manageable and professional way in running their business. Possible a booker keeper? But it doesn’t matter to me, I won’t ever go back. If you want to expand your business you should not screw over your new and potential customers. # I Said What I Said

I went to mimi a few times, and would have gone back, but she does embrace you as customer,she makes you feel like an inconvience. So maybe she has her clientele,but it can't be many. Remember you own a business, be business minded. You loosing money and you reputation. Very lazy.

The braids were beautiful and the wait wasn’t long but it caused my hair to fall out. I’ve gotten braids several times in my life span but this is the first time it’s ever caused my hair to fall out from the root. Wouldn’t recommend:/
