I must say the people who work here are exceptionally friendly and give great haircuts to both myself and my Mom. We have been consistent customers for quite some time now.

My first experience was not bad here. I had a nice hair cut in a reasonable time. And the job is done well. I gave 3 stars coz my waiting time was about 50 mins although I got the initial estimated wait time as 10 mins. May be I can rate higher after my next experience if that's better.

My hair was fried. My scalp burned. Horrible cut. I've been having my hair bleached, coloured, tinted and streaked for years and never ever have I had such a horribly bad experience. It took almost two months for my scalp to heal and return to normal.
