They chose not to explain anything to me or my daughter on how to take care of her hair. Spent over 200 for what I thought was a permanent straight king and when she wet her hair 5 days later it was all gone. Waste of money and 3 hours.

I walk in thinking I will get a good service , first of all my hair was already wet and they offer shampoo I said no thank you then she saw my hair and offer to cut it although I indicate I wanted to grow my hair and she dry flat iron my hair to do the haircut . Not sure we’re but I went to beauty school and I my learning experience you cut hair on wet hair not dry plus to do a one length haircut you need to ask the client to put their hair down for a perfect haircut . I let the girl that mention she just got here from Costa Rica that just mark me that she probably did not had a license to cut hair I couldn’t do anything just to let her finish the mess. At the end terrible haircut terrible service they charge me 35 plus 3 dollars extra since I was using my card . Which place charges extra since using your card ? Doubt they will refund my money but I will call the bank and report it . As well contact the cosmetology inspector since they have a piece of paper with pen the prices of their services what place is this ??? Not recommended at all

I went to get my ends trimmed which in the past is only like half an inch but this woman decided to cut off like 2/3 inches of my hair after I had grow it out for a year. Not satisfied at all and I am very upset because she didn’t follow my instructions at all and when I saw she was cutting off a lot I asked her to stop but she told me to talk to this man and tell him what I wanted so he could translate it to her but if she was not positive about what I wanted, she should not have touched my hair at all!

The person that took care of me was so kind, took her time, and did exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with her work. Will be going back again. Found myself a new place to go.
