Beautiful salon! Love my cut and color thanks to Moulay and Michele...they are excellent! Friendly and professional staff...highly recommended

My friend Marina T. went there to have haircut and bleach her hair. Her good friend suggested this place. I was shocked when i met her after wards. It seems something went wrong there. First, her boyfriend (lawyer) called me and asked me how this happened. It's was not only about color, haircut was done the way hair looks more dead, damaged, chaotic. Second, she did all this prior the overseas trip to see her family, so it was kinda stressful to think about how her family will meet her new look. Update: Salon offered some recovery procedures and they seems to help somehow. Thank you guys for that. Salon suggested to repeat that treatment after 3 weeks. Will update review once she feel better.

Laurent D has a beautiful new salon in the perfect location! Prive by Laurent D continues its standard of excellence in hair care. Laurent always makes me feel beautiful and has been cutting my hair for years. I will continue to go back for a blow-out by his wonderful assistant, Madalyn who also advised on the right products for my type of hair. Every employee at Prive is courteous, attentive and professional. I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend to you!

This review doesn't reflect upon the salon but instead on one of the hairdressers that work there- Andrew. He was a friend of a friend so I decided to get my keratin done by him but the product he used was awful and didn't work at all. I was upset but understanding and especially because he felt bad and offered to give me 2 free haircuts. What annoys me is that he offered the haircuts to me and I didn't even ask. I went for my first haircut and was happy with it- he's a decent hair dresser. But he is very unprofessional. I have been contacting him for 3 months asking for an appointment for my second haircut and every time he only offers me a date that doesn't work for me and last time he cancelled the appointment the day I was going to go in. I have been trying to contact him for a few weeks now because I wanted to get a haircut before my wedding but he doesn't respond properly and sends confusing messages back and isn't being available. I'm pretty sure he just doesn't want to do it because it's free even though it was his offer. It's a shame because I would've continued to see him for haircuts but for someone who works at such a nice salon he is not professional or courteous. Would not recommend him.

Willie is just amazing! I will not let anyone else touch my hair. He is so great at bayalage and is so precise with cuts that every time I leave I feel like a movie star!
