I go here for keratin treatments and haircuts. Chanelle always does a great job. I have been going here for years and have never been dissatisfied.

I went for a manicure and asked for a haircut to “fix” a bad haircut I paid $60. She did a beautiful job and it grew in beautifully. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The place was very clean and well kept. I had a mani and pedi deal from Groupon which was excellent and very affordable. The deal came with an exfoliation for the legs and foot. While the exfoliating cream is being placed on the leg, the leg and foot is also being massaged. One of the best mani pedi deals I've ever had. I'm glad that I came to Salon Chanelle and will definitely be coming back again.

I went here the morning of my wedding I left 2 hours later with wet hair knotted down to my scalp. All I wanted was simple down curls. The owner of the salon put curlers on my entire head and got them stuck. She said it was because she used ones that were too small, because the hairspray stuck to them and because my hair was too soft and long. As a professional I would think she would know what to use and if she couldn't do it she should've told me and I would've picked something else. The pain I went through with her and the other hairdresser pulling these curlers out was horrifying. It went on for nearly an hour while I squirmed in the chair in pain. All this on the morning of my wedding! After the curlers were finally out my hair was completely knotted. She started to brush it out and I couldn't take the pain anymore so I asked to brush it out myself and she wouldn't let me. My sister came over and pulled me out of the chair and we left the salon. To make matters worse my friend also got her hair done by the other hairdresser and it was completely undone not even an hour later and the owner would not return her money. She said we should've come back for them to fix it. I told her we didn't have time to come back because we were too busy doing our own hair and correcting their mistakes. She offered me free services but I would never go back them after the torture I went through. These people clearly don't know what they're doing so don't go there unless you like pain and wasting your time and money.
