I had a PHENOMENAL experience at this salon and would confidently refer any of my curly/wavy haired friends to them. I had my consultation with Jen- she was thorough, kind, and very professional. She listened to my curly hair goals and was so helpful in showing me how to get there. Patricia cut my hair and I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her staff. She took her time with my hair, asked me a lot of questions, made me feel so comfortable and beautiful, and made my curls look better and healthier than they have in awhile. the salon itself was clean and a great environment! Definitely recommend anyone to come here and get your haircut :)

I have curly hair, and this was my first experience getting a cut geared specifically towards my curls, and it was absolutely magnificent. I also got hair coaching, to learn more about the ins and outs of caring for, and styling, my hair. From the get-go during the 10 minute zoom consultation, to when i was physically in the salon, Patricia was incredibly professional and personable, and so knowledgeable about products and techniques to best care for my hair. I walked out of that salon wiser and with the tools i need to keep my hair looking as gorgeous as they left me! Everyone in the salon was very sweet and very helpful, and they all took the time to explain each step as they went along. Thank you for getting me started on a new hair journey! I've already recommended your salon to another, and will continue to be a faithful client.

This was my first time getting a curly cut and Patricia walked me through the whole process step by step and truly made sure that I understood what was happening and asked my thoughts throughout the whole process. The consultation was easy and simple, and scheduling the appointment was so easy as they offered a variety of time-slots. Patricia was so nice and friendly through the whole cut, and truly made the whole experience amazing. Highly highly recommend. The salon is so nice, the people are friendly and knowledgeable, and my hair looks so nice afterwards. I can’t wait for my next haircut, I will definitely be coming back here.

I had a very bad experience with this salon. My appointment was at 8.45 am. They sent me an email at 8:52 am (7 mins later) telling me that they tried to call me and the call wasn't going through. Very weird considering that they did call me when they needed my Credit Card number to register my appointment!!! The email said that they had "to cancel the appointment and charge $50 for a no show fee. " When I arrived at the salon, at 8:55 am they did not let me in, they were very rude and then charged 50$ fee. Then, they sent me an email stating the following: "We have an 8 minute grace period and it was 10 minutes past your appointment time when you arrived. When clients are more than 8 minutes late, it does not allow our stylists to effectively perform services and causes delays in their schedules for the rest of the day." But they had already canceled my appointment at 8:52!! So, If you decide to go to this salon be prepared to set up a TIMER!!! Such a nasty business!!!

I had a strange and disturbing experience with this salon. I have curly hair, and that is their specialty. I called them to book a haircut and they said that I am required to have a 20 minute zoom consultation with one of their stylists before booking a curly cut. Apparently, this is not required if you have straight hair. The only times they were able to offer were 9:30 in the morning or 2 in the afternoon on weekdays. When I told them that none of those times work for me because I am a public servant with the demanding public-facing a job, their answer was that their salon is just not the right fit for me. When I said that I am ready to book a haircut and perhaps we can skip the consultation because I’ve had many curly cuts in the past, including at Devachan Salon, they said I am still required to have the zoom consultation and turned me away again. Whoever is trying to book with the salon for the first time should be aware of this very stringent and unbending requirement.
