Unprofessional owner!! Has a "oh well this what I can only do" attitude and her idea of a rose braid(for a prom updo) was a "twist thing" which upset my child and she had the unbelievable nerve to make her feel bad by rudely saying "are you crying?" We arrived on time-appointment with the owner-confirmed by myself the day before and made far in advance with clear it's for a prom pre-trial-(thank goodness!!!) and they asked why we were there, no formal greeting, owner made it appear as if we were waiting on someone else too!! I Do Not Recommend!! Beware!!! If the option were available this place deserves no stars!!!!!! I stand by everything mentioned earlier. Your "30 years in the business" went completely unnoticed because of your lack of PROFESSIONALISM. A polite warm greeting goes a long way none of which you possess. I was told when I made the appointment that the owner would be styling my child's hair of which I already had high expectations of being treated with white glove service none of which was demonstrated today and I still decided to take a chance on you. Let's be honest here, you barely looked at us as we walked in, barely squeezed out a hello and proceeded to act as even someone else would be styling my child's hair. When your employee came over to tell you we were here for you, the look of bewilderment was all over your face! The point is that you wanted my child to be satisfied with whatever it was you could do which was lacking and chose to berate her! My daughter could have had choice words for you. But, I as a parent teach my children to respect others.I applaud her for demonstrating that today. It was crystal clear from the beginning that the appointment was for a pre-trial prom hair style and if your hands are no longer useful, than you should have been better prepared to have adequately staffed others who could and keep up with the current trends. A quick update for others who may be reading this, we were properly treated elsewhere and her hair came out beautifully! The smile and joy on her face - truly "Priceless!"

After moving up here, I found a local place to cut my hair - after going there, I realized the "hair dresser" was cutting my hair uneven....after that fiasco - I didn't cut my hair for 2 years - trusted NO ONE. I followed a discussion on NextDoor where someone referred the person asking for a salon, to Salon 360 in Hamburg. Was the best advise I ever took (besides leaving my EX) :) Cindy is amazing with the scissors, listened to what I wanted and she blew my hair out FABULOUSLY!! My husband LOVED my new cut and style! She has a customer for life... OH, did I mention the salon is decorated beautifully? Clean, neat and I am a customer for life. THANK YOU!!!

I have been traveling to Sussex County from Morris County for as often as I can. I've known and followed Cindy for many years. My drive is about an hour and it's so well worth it. I only wish I lived closer!!!! I'm retired now and travel up and down the eastern seaboard to see family so I don't get there as often as I would like. But she is my favorite go to. Family like environment coupled with hi tech skills make Salon 360 my favorite salon. If I were rich I'd have her as my live in stylist. Oh, to be rich!!! Love you Salon360. None better. Just went there today and received compliments when I went out to dinner! My hair looks awesome and I feel gooood. â¤ï¸ðŸ˜˜Doreen, Morris county resident for a premier Sussex Salon.
