Alright. Normally I would not bad mouth a company. But the service was horrible. So, I walked in looking for the goof proof brow pencil by THEIR company Benefit. The lady that I kindly asked for help gave me such an attitude and said that they don’t carry anything Benefit.... low and behold , Benefit cosmetics were in an aisle with a couple of products. So, I asked if I could order the brow pencil since it wasn’t in stores. I went up to the cashier, who was incredibly rude and asked if I could order the product. She then replied with an attitude that the only form of payment accepted is a credit card which was completely insane. Not even a debit card! So, I proceeded to ask nicely for other store availability so I could buy it there. She didn’t even bother checking for me and said the ONLY place that would have it is one store that was even close to freehold at all. I ended up finding the pencil by myself at an Ulta near my town. So overall, the service was terrible and I will not be buying anything from this particular Ulta. Sorry.
