I love ulta! It is one of my favorite stores ever! However the one in the Freehold mall is kind of dirty, and some products I have bought have been opened, or cracked. (Which is why I am only giving four stars). However, the staff is super friendly and are not pushy. The store had a fun vibe to it. I shop there as much as I can.

Alright. Normally I would not bad mouth a company. But the service was horrible. So, I walked in looking for the goof proof brow pencil by THEIR company Benefit. The lady that I kindly asked for help gave me such an attitude and said that they donâ€™t carry anything Benefit.... low and behold , Benefit cosmetics were in an aisle with a couple of products. So, I asked if I could order the brow pencil since it wasnâ€™t in stores. I went up to the cashier, who was incredibly rude and asked if I could order the product. She then replied with an attitude that the only form of payment accepted is a credit card which was completely insane. Not even a debit card! So, I proceeded to ask nicely for other store availability so I could buy it there. She didnâ€™t even bother checking for me and said the ONLY place that would have it is one store that was even close to freehold at all. I ended up finding the pencil by myself at an Ulta near my town. So overall, the service was terrible and I will not be buying anything from this particular Ulta. Sorry.

I get color done by Mallory in the salon, and she is awesome. I came to her after another salon had severely damaged my blonde hair, and she has been helping me restore its health and fullness since. Highly recommend her!

Very helpful staff. Will recommend a high brand as well as a drug store brand. Sometimes the lines are long. ***EDIT*** 01/09/18 I wanted to make sure I could add this to my review. The salon has included a skincare and facial treatment menu. I have gone multiple times with wonderful results. Beata is such a beautiful lady inside and out (she has some of the most beautiful skin and whitest teeth Iâ€™ve ever seen). She is very gentle with my skin and she tailors the facials for my skin. She also communicates to let you know what she is putting on your skin. I am very impressed and happy with the service. Also the prices are unbeatable!! I highly recommend Ultaâ€™s skincare salon. Make sure you book with Beata!

I've been meaning to post this. I went into the Salon at Ulta having never been there before. I met Lorraine, with her badass dusty lilac hair, and I knew she's my kind of person. She gave me the most fabulous ash blonde highlights I've ever had. Thank you, Lorraine! I'll be seeing you soon. For more blonde!
