I went into this salon last weekend all ready to get a hair cut and see about some highlights. I didn't even get into the place when there was an irate person, I think it was a stylist who was screaming at another woman. When I heard her call the other woman a piece of you know what I was out of there. I won't return.

i got a perm in smart style many times always payed 45.00 for the perm i have short hair. I always got a blow dry and hair cream put in with full service 3 days ago i went for my perm was charged 55.00 and the manager was closing the store at 4 she turned down one man who came in for a cut and was very rude he never returned when my perm wass set wh would not blow dry or put cream when i asked she wa rude and said I don't have time to blow dry and put cream in your hair i ha ve to g4et out of here it was 12:30 yet she made a sign to close a 4:00 pm she was angry because her two workers couldn't come in one was at the dentist and the other at the hospital they have terrible service and no way to contact the owner of the franchise, and is not owned by corporate were not allowed as customers

No hairstylist on site. Waited 15 minutes. No one in the store at all

Went for a haircut on 3/1/2018. Came to a shop attended by a stylist in her 60's with a bit of a rotten attitude, opened up the shop 45 minutes late and upon my return, was curtly told that it would be at least another hour wait while she finished up with the customer in the chair and proceeded to ignore me. Good luck getting my business back.

My daughter and I got our hair cut and both of us hated it. Hair was uneven, cut more than wanted, and rushed. Will never get our hair cut there again.
