I had no problem giving my information to the front lady because I normally only get my haircut every 4 to 5 months. And the next time I walked in they had my member info and what type of haircut I always get. I was in and out in 10 min, very efficient! I'm just responding to the customer who was turned off by all the info they asked of him. I always go here because it's never a bad experience and it's always quick, convienent, I can leave and still carry out the rest of my day. -Dan

Great experience from the moment you enter the door and always greeted with a warm welcome from Ivy. Facility is always clean and stylists are always friendly and relate well with kids. Perfect environment for the sports enthusiast. Michele is a talented stylist, so happy we found her to cut my sons hair because he is very picky!

10/20 2:40 pm I walked in to get a haircut. The woman working had a nasty attitude and could care less I was there. No way I would let her cut my hair. I also was turned off by all the information this place wanted from me. I just wanted a haircut but that was too much to ask for. Stay away.
