Have never left a hair salon happier and LESS anxious or dirty-feeling. I'm always somehow dissatisfied one way or another with color and cuts but they picked the PERFECT hue to blend my old highlights with my base color and didn't cut a millimeter more off than I had requested. Everyone there is super friendly as well. My hair is so long that washing in the sinks is usually a struggle and massive neck strain but the ladies were so patient and accommodating I would even have called myself comfortable.

My hair was over processed and subsequently turned to straw. I've been looking at it for 2 months now and can't wait for it to grow out. It's so embarrassing. I've never had this happen before.
