Usually have done a good job but i spent 2 months growing the top of my hair out to basically an Afro, still shaving the sides to keep a style, and I came in for a clean up and my hairdresser tried to blend the back and side of my hair and basically just shaved it all off, completely screwing me over for back to school. I’m genuinely so upset it’s ridiculous.

I've had about 3 or 4 haircuts from here since they've opened, and every one of them has been great. Staff is very nice and conversational. Quick and quality cuts. EDIT 4/8/17: It seems like lately every time I come in, it's a crapshoot as to whether or not you get a good stylist or not. Luckily there are good stylists here that are willing to make it right (Megan) and improve on the haircut.

My 4yr old son had his haircut this morning. Very specific instructions were provided to the stylist who then proceeded to disregard them and cut his hair the way She felt it should be. Will not be going back.

Although I don't have a great hair, I would still expect it to be cut in a certain way which I did explain before the cut. I just felt it was done in a rush. Not satisfactory.
