I have been coming to Hair & Company for years. Every time I come in all of the staff is extremely friendly and happy to see you. Tiffany has been cutting my hair since high school and I LOVE her!!!! Iâ€™ve started getting my hair colored by Darwin who is a color genius!!! Definitely the place to go for a great cut and color and some fun and laughs. â¤ï¸ Best team around!!!!

Love Tiffany...she gives a great cut to me & my partner. We feel right at home here. Everyone from the people who wash our hair to reception to the other hairdressers have always been warm & professional. We have tried many other salons in the area from Etre in Rumson to Jon Lori to places running specials on Groupon and Tiffany is by far our favorite. You won't be disappointed....tell her Wendy & Nora said hi and will be in soon!

I started going to Hair & Co. a few months ago, and I was very impressed by the staff and the service. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Michelle brought my hair back to life after a year of bleaching and toning it myself. She also gave me a game plan of how often I will get my hair cut and highlighted, which I really appreciated.

I have been coming to Hair & Co my entire life Iâ€™ve never got a cut anywhere else. Michelle and Tiffany have cut and colored my hair for years and Iâ€™ll never go anywhere else. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. I will never go anywhere else.

I knew this salon needed a fair amount of brushing up on their customer service skills and that is was pretty low brow to have the changing room in the storage closet with the paper towels where you have to dig through to find one that isn't ripped, but it's cheap and easy to get an appointment. (I know...doesn't belong in Red Bank, but quick for when the good places are booked bc I forgot to book earlier.) !NEVER AGAIN! I have complained and been ignored, but I am DONE with any establishment where I see bullying clients and children crying because of it! I have NEVER seen a client with an appointment and her family with her sopping wet from the rain and asthmatic be surrounded by the owner (she said it enough times) and most of the staff while waiting for a shampoo in the shampoo chair be verbally bullied for writing a review about a stylist she had complained about and been ignored! My God! This woman was calmly trying to tell the owner all the various issues right then , including having to return for a botched service that involved wrong color and damaged hair and the owner could do nothing but talk over her and go on about how this employee was her friend and make EXCUSES! Not ONE apology! SHE SCOLDED this poor woman who came for a service with another stylist for not knowing SHE was the owner and not tracking her down and telling her personally (hard to do since I never knew she was the owner either) while the woman kept trying to explain to her very nicely her how she had pictures and both she and her family had told the desk the problems and been put off! WOW!!! They didn't even NOTICE other customers while this went on and it ended with the woman's child SOBBING after the woman coming all the way out to support the salon and getting no service! WHY would they even take her appointment? Obviously a planned verbal attack! There is NO EXCUSE for how that family was treated! It looked like a high school clique and that poor woman was still SO CALM even while they surrounded her going on about social media! ! So NO! I Don't recommended this salon! They don't even NOTICE WHO they're making a scene and bullying a customer in front of they were so busy doing it! It was terrible! I have NEVER heard of ANYTHING like this in my LIFE!!!!! I wanted to stop them and buy them a coffee and that POOR little girl a cocoa! SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The owner acted like she was the head of the mean girls in high school. Guess they don't realize where their paycheck comes from. I could NEVER support and establishment that I was ALREADY on thin ice after watching them let a woman come out in the rain with her family to be bullied! Sorry bullying is completely OUT of STYLE! SHAME ON YOU!
