Unprofessional, Unknowledgable, Disrespectful.

I went to the salon requesting to have my locs maintained and a few grey hairs colored. The owner's daughter put so much color all over my hair and did nothing to stop the color from dripping all over my ears and face. No cotton guaze and color was put all over my scalp and left to dry. I asked for a towel to keep my clothing from being ruined, yet nothing done to stop this dye from dripping. The stylist took alcohol to try and rub off the dried die from my face and ears. After experiencing my edges being ripped and my skin irritated, I asked them to stop and for a discount on unprofessional die job. The owner's wife proceeded to scream and argrue at me and treated me very poorly. I have never had such a horrible experience at a salon in my life. Even with the color discount, &170 for a 8 inch chop and retwist, and rollers set was too much to pay for the horrible treatment I received.

I’ve been looking for a great place to get a retwist and thank god I found get twisted besides having a beautiful salon they are great people who I can say truly love what they do. Really felt graat leaving their today and of course I will become a regular. Thank You

Came into this hair studio today my time getting my hair done by any one best experience I’ve ever gotten, everyone was friendly and nice, Got a big chop and colored Everything was great and only costed me $80 and it came out so perfect already got complaints and all. Thank you guys for making my first experience wonderful 💛 God bless 🙏

My experience at get twisted studio is always very pleasant. It's a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I rate this salon a 10!! My stylist Sheryl does an excellent job on my weave. I order my hair through the salon and it's very quality hair and very reasonable prices..
